Job summary

You will work with the Head of Executive Recruiting and senior teams to execute searches, map markets, and contribute to succession planning, while maintaining confidentiality and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated executive research and talent mapping capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills to translate market insights into recruiting strategies.
• Excellent interviewing and relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive talent mapping, market intelligence, and organizational research to identify executive leadership talent.
• Build and maintain robust pipelines of executive talent and engage passive candidates.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for designated leadership positions, including intake, sourcing strategy, assessment, interviewing, and offer facilitation.
• Partner with senior executive recruiters and HR leaders to support succession planning and leadership pipeline initiatives.
