Job summary

Culligan with ZeroWater Technology seeks a strategic Manager, Talent, Performance & Learning to own enterprise talent, performance and learning practices. You will translate business priorities into scalable programs and lead a team to ensure consistent, measurable delivery across HR domains.

The role focuses on leadership development, learning platforms and succession planning, with governance and stakeholder collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Education or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, performance management, learning and development, or HR program management.
• Demonstrated experience owning enterprise or multi-population programs from strategy through implementation.
• Experience with leadership development cohorts, manager capability programs and enterprise learning pathways.
• Experience administering performance or learning technology; UKG, Darwinbox, LinkedIn Learning or similar HR tech.
• Strong program and project management skills with multiple workstreams, deadlines, stakeholders, vendors and budgets.
• People management experience including coaching, delegation and feedback to build capability.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation and presentation skills for practical guidance and dashboards.
• Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail; translate insights into action.
• Ability to build credibility and influence across functions, geographies and levels.
• Professional certification in talent management or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end annual performance management and goal-setting strategy, calendar, governance and employee experience.
• Lead US UKG performance administration, including process design, templates, launches and cycle closeout.
• Develop guidance for managers and employees for common scenarios and exceptions.
• Create and maintain communication plans, toolkits, training, project plans and governance logs for consistency and risk reduction.
• Manage the Performance and Talent Coordinator with coaching and prioritization.
• Lead talent review, calibration, succession planning and development planning.
• Build career development resources and learning pathways to increase internal mobility.
• Serve as a trusted HR partner on talent, performance and development processes.
