Job summary

Aboon is seeking a Talent & People Director to lead our people function in a fully remote, US-based role. You will own end-to-end hiring across all functions, build onboarding, performance cycles, culture initiatives, and learning & development programs as the team scales.

You will partner with the General Counsel on people strategy, compensation, and organizational design while shaping the company’s people operations as we grow, attract top talent, and maintain a strong, inclusive culture.
