Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Talent Partnerships Purchase Order Coordinator in Los Angeles to manage purchase orders, produce invoices, and ensure timely payments to talent, agencies, and vendors. You will coordinate with talent/agents and external partners, gathering tax information for Accounts Payable and maintaining contract databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in sports/entertainment or related field helpful.
• Understanding of financial close processes and controls.
• Analytical, organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Oracle and Contract Lifecycle Management systems.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Proficient with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create new suppliers and maintain purchase orders end-to-end.
• Ensure supplier addresses and tax data are up to date in the system.
• Oversee vendor onboarding portal and advise internal teams for improvements.
• Ensure inventory receipts are accurate and expenses allocated to GL accounts.
• Act as liaison to Operations, Finance, Marketing and Brand teams for contracts and payments.
• Maintain autograph agreement databases and 1099 tax information per IRS guidance.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service delivery.
• Foster relationships with talent, agents, Topps reps and industry contacts.
• Handle assorted departmental tasks as needed.
