Job summary

• Experience in advertising, production, or media preferred (internships count).
• Agency background and SAG-AFTRA contracts knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and approve talent session contracts and estimates for production types.
• Process and manage session and residual talent payments and invoices in payroll platforms.
• Maintain tracking documents (Completion Reports, licensed rights, Talent Reuse folders).
• Track usage, holding fees, and maximum use periods to ensure timely payments and expirations.
• Notify Account Teams of upcoming talent, IP, and music expirations with renewal cost estimates.
• Monitor talent and residual jobs for overage/underage and report findings.
• Advise when jobs can be closed for final billing.
