Job summary

Later is seeking a Manager, Talent Partnerships to identify, engage, and activate top-tier creator talent for campaigns. You will build a best-in-class talent ecosystem to accelerate access for clients, unlock premium partnerships, and differentiate Later.

This role blends strategy with execution, shaping our perspective on talent, while leading day-to-day sourcing, negotiations, and relationship management with agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management.
• Proven success sourcing, negotiating, and managing high‑profile influencer relationships.
• Strong network of creator, agent, and manager relationships across verticals.
• Strategic and analytical skills with scalable systems experience.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, creator economics, and trends.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure creator talent for campaigns, balancing quality, speed, and fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agents, and managers.
• Lead sourcing, negotiations, and contracting for high‑tier talent.
• Continuously improve workflows to increase scalability in talent sourcing.
• Organize recurring touch bases with talent representatives to unlock access.
