Job summary

Jobtailor is hiring a full-cycle GTM recruiter in San Francisco to lead hiring for GTM and G&A roles. You will source, pitch, guide interviews, and close candidates while partnering with GTM leaders to define what great looks like and how we evaluate talent.

You will deliver a fast, respectful candidate experience with an equity lens at every stage, using data and market context to keep searches on track and aligned with business goals.
