Job summary

Netspend, a global fintech leader, seeks a versatile recruiting professional to drive talent acquisition across the US and India. You will collaborate with People teams to manage end-to-end recruitment and will flex into supporting general HR operations as priorities evolve.

In this role you will own the full lifecycle, build talent pipelines, enhance candidate experience, and optimize ATS usage. A strong HR operations foundation will help support onboarding and employee inquiries as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment across all levels.
• Experience with ATS (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed) and HRIS.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Nice to have: Payments/Fintech experience.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruiting: Drive the full recruitment lifecycle across all levels, managing role approvals, intake strategy, sourcing, assessments, interviews and offers.
• Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain dynamic pipelines for current and future needs; collaborate with leaders.
• Candidate Experience & Employer Branding: Ensure a positive journey with timely updates and transparent communication; promote culture and benefits.
• Process Optimization: Train hiring managers on interview practices and evaluation; optimize ATS templates.
• Reporting & Vendor Management: Track KPIs and manage relationships with agencies and job boards.
