Job summary

BusPatrol is seeking a Sr. Talent Partner for India to lead full-cycle recruiting and serve as the primary People partner for the India organization. Location: Hyderabad with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive Talent Acquisition & People Operations experience.
• Experience recruiting for Product, Engineering, Technology, Operations, and other technical functions.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
• Familiarity with India recruiting practices, local employment regulations, and regional labor market trends.
• Experience establishing and managing a new physical office, including day-to-day office operations.
• Experience with ATS, recruiting analytics, and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for India-based positions across Product, Engineering, Data, IT, Operations, and other corporate functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, job descriptions, interview maps, workforce plans, and hiring timelines.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, agencies, and local market networking.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experiences while improving hiring quality, speed, and accountability.
• Manage interview coordination, offer development, negotiations, and hiring execution.
• Coordinate recruiting activities with U.S.-based Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams.
• Establish scalable recruiting processes, documentation, and regional standard work.
• Monitor recruiting performance metrics and identify process improvements.
• Support onboarding, office expansion, compliance activities, documentation, and hiring administration.
