Job summary

Pogo Technologies, Inc. is hiring its first Talent Partner to own recruiting across the company and help build the People function as we scale.

You will run end-to-end searches across engineering, design, GTM, and other business areas while also shaping onboarding, performance reviews, and core HR processes. You’ll partner with hiring managers, build sourcing strategies, and own candidate experience from initial conversations through offer and close.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-growing environment.
• Experience recruiting across engineering, design, GTM, and other functions.
• Ability to build People programs and systems from scratch in a startup.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across all functions for the company.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, profiles, and interview processes.
• Build sourcing strategies with an in-house sourcer and develop pipelines.
• Conduct initial interviews and drive searches from first contact to close.
• Improve recruiting systems, workflows, and metrics as the company grows.
• Own onboarding, performance reviews, employee experience, and policies.
