Job summary

Modern Health in San Francisco is seeking a Talent Operations and Workplace Coordinator to streamline the hiring process and keep the SF office running smoothly. You’ll split time between coordinating hiring logistics and office operations, with two days a week in the SF office and flexibility for interviews, events, and occasional travel.

The role favors proactive problem-solvers who embrace AI to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in office administration, hospitality, or recruiting/human resources setting.
Recruiting support experience is a huge plus.
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
Experience with Recruiting ATS platforms and HRIS tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end interview scheduling across candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
Coordinate interview logistics, confirmations, reschedules, and debriefs.
Monitor interviewer availability and manage calendars across time zones.
Use Greenhouse scheduling tools to automate processes.
Maintain candidate records and interview feedback in Greenhouse ATS.
Support referral coordination and onboarding logistics.
