Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in HR or related field.
• 2–4 years in HR, recruiting coordination, or admin.
• SPHR/SHRM-SCP/PHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative guidance aligning people strategies with business priorities.
• Enter and manage data in Workday; run reports and process workflows.
• Reconcile and report using Excel.
• Translate engineering skill taxonomies into HR systems.
• Coordinate background checks and liaise with vendors.
• Support talent program administration and recruitment logistics.
