Job summary

Axiom Space is seeking a resilient, high-energy Talent Administrator to support the day-to-day recruiting operations in a fast-paced aerospace environment. You will manage requisitions, coordinate candidates, ensure ATS data integrity, and maintain compliance documentation to allow recruiters and hiring managers to focus on sourcing top talent.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR, recruiting coordination, or admin experience.
• Experience supporting talent programs (performance, workforce planning).
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with HRIS, Workday preferred.
• Startup experience preferred.
• SPHR/SHRM-SCP/PHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative guidance aligning people strategies with priorities.
• Handle data entry, report running, and workflows in Workday or similar.
• Reconcile data and generate reports in Excel.
• Translate engineering skill taxonomies into HR systems.
• Pull, clean, format workforce data for leadership.
• Process VOE requests (DoD VOE forms) and ad-hoc info.
• Maintain data integrity across HR systems.
• Create and post job requisitions in an ATS (Workday Recruiting).
• Partner with HRBPs and recruiters to translate role needs into postings.
• Support requisition approvals and headcount tracking.
• Understand ITAR/export-control in postings and candidate screening.
• Coordinate background checks with vendors and adjudicate discrepancies.
• Build dashboards or recurring reports (attrition, time-to-fill, gaps).
• Coordinate talent reviews, calibration sessions, or performance logistics.
• Follow-through on multi-stakeholder processes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
