Job summary

Axiom Space in Houston seeks a persistent, high‑energy Senior Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top aerospace talent across engineering, operations, and leadership. You will own full‑cycle recruiting, build pipelines, and partner with managers to align talent plans with mission programs.

You will screen for technical fit and culture, ensure OFCCP/export‑control compliance, and drive employer branding in aerospace markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
5–8 years of experience with at least 3 in aerospace tech or high‑tech manufacturing.
Experience with ATS and AI sourcing tools; Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead full‑cycle recruitment for engineering, operations, technical and corporate roles.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract specialized aerospace talent.
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
Develop and manage candidate pipelines for high‑demand roles such as flight software engineers, avionics specialists, program managers, and systems engineers.
Conduct behavioral and technical screening to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Ensure compliance with OFCCP and export‑control requirements.
Drive employer branding initiatives in aerospace tech talent markets.
Use data analytics to track recruiting performance and improve processes.
Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and professional conferences.
