Job summary

Caring for Others is seeking a Talent Operations Partner in Oregon to translate talent strategy into concrete processes, resources, and hands-on support. This role drives in-person training, onboarding, and orientation while supporting recruiting for administrative positions as needed.

You will standardize Talent processes across locations, ensure training aligns with policy and regulations, and partner with business leaders to implement tools that scale the Talent function for this in-home care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering hands-on training, onboarding, or orientation programs.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for all staff levels.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic direction into concrete HR processes, resources, and tools.
• Lead hands-on training and onboarding across the organization.
• Host new hire orientation with a consistent first-day/first-week experience.
• Develop role-specific onboarding resources for rollout once approved.
• Standardize Talent processes across departments and locations.
• Support compliance with employment regulations and company policy.
• Partner with leaders to implement Talent tools and gather feedback.
• Recruit for administrative positions as needed.
