Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting operations, or a related field.
• Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of building and growing client relationships.
• Strong leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Proficient with recruiting technologies and social media sourcing tools.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch recruiting operations, ensuring sourcing, screening, and placements meet client demand and business goals.
• Optimize recruiting workflows, tools, and processes to improve efficiency, fill rates, and consistency.
• Coach and develop Staffing Specialists and Talent Coordinators in recruiting, compliance, and ATS best practices.
• Ensure recruiting accuracy, compliance, documentation standards, and effective use of ATS systems.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to align workforce strategies with hiring needs and market conditions.
• Oversee recruiting marketing efforts, including job postings, social media outreach, and community engagement.
• Use data and reporting to improve fill rates, time-to-fill, retention, and overall service quality.
• Manage operational, safety, compliance, unemployment, and payroll-related processes and escalations.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for clients, conduct site visits, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities.
