  • Communicate with candidates regarding recruiting status, providing updates via phone and email.
  • Review background checks, follow up with candidates as needed, and coordinate with other teams to finalize decisions.
  • Create and maintain recruitment trackers, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Process hiring details and employee updates within HR systems.
  • Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings to align hiring decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and improve scheduling efficiency.
  • Assist in additional recruiting activities as required.
  • Conduct virtual employment verifications and ensure timely, accurate completion of Form I-9.
  • Support Day 1 New Hire Orientation to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
HR Operations Support:
  • Provide support to HR Ops Analysts through administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and leave of absence.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate with non-HR teams on cross-functional projects as needed.
What you have:
  • Exceptional customer service focus, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or a related customer service role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google tools, especially Excel and Word.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Workday, or other HRIS platforms.
  • Solid understanding of HR and employment laws.
  • Exposure to project management tools and workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong calendar management and scheduling skills.
  • Experience processing background checks.
  • Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
