Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or similar role.
• Experience with ATS, preferably Greenhouse.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience supporting talent operations initiatives or HR projects.
• Experience in fast-paced or high-volume recruiting environments.
• Strong data accuracy and reporting skills within ATS systems.
• Interest in career growth within recruiting or talent operations.
• Exposure to employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, including onsite logistics
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support recruiting team with administrative and operational tasks
• Maintain and update candidate data in ATS (Greenhouse)
• Assist with talent operations projects and process improvements
• Ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience
• Support employer branding initiatives and light presentation work (e.g., building slides)
• Handle onsite interview setup/cleanup and coordination as needed
