Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Resource Analyst to support recruiting, staffing, and workforce management. You will be the first point of contact for candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain pipelines, and support onboarding and engagement activities.

The role involves collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Program Managers, and Leadership to identify qualified candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience from screening through onboarding.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, staffing, administration, customer service, or program support.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Screen initial candidate screening calls to assess qualifications, communication skills, cultural fit, and suitability for open positions.
• Review resumes and applications against job descriptions and customer requirements; maintain candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics with hiring managers and stakeholders; prepare candidates for interviews.
• Maintain ATS and staffing databases; track candidate status and generate weekly staffing reports with open positions, pipeline status, interviews, offers, and time-to-fill metrics.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for newly hired employees and consultants; track pre-employment requirements and customer onboarding needs.
• Conduct monthly check-ins with key personnel and consultants; gather feedback and identify retention risks; document workforce improvement recommendations.
• Support staffing forecasts and proposals by identifying future hiring needs and workforce trends.
