TensorWave Inc. is seeking a Talent Operations Analyst in Las Vegas to scale recruiting operations, data, and programs. You will partner with management to keep recruiting workflows smooth while improving efficiency as the company scales.

The role focuses on recruiting operations, systems, data and analytics including ATS data, reporting, and program optimization, with opportunities in branding, events, and early-careers hiring.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting operations, recruiting analytics, or a related area.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS and recruiting workflows.
• Strong data skills and ability to turn data into insights.
• Experience building dashboards and recurring analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day recruiting operations, workflows, and programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and documentation.
• Coordinate recruiting projects from planning through execution and follow-up.
• Maintain ATS data hygiene and troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain recruiting resources and templates.
