Job summary

Artech is seeking a Talent Management Specialist in Troy, MI to support short- and long-term staffing initiatives for our clients. This full-time, permanent role involves onboarding, benefits orientation, and ongoing HR coordination across the consultant lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in HR or operations, a Bachelor's degree, and strong MS Office skills. This position emphasizes organized, customer-focused communication and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years' experience in an HR or operations role in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Highly proficient with MS Office and ability to learn new software.
• Experience writing and editing process documentation and global/team communications.

Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain knowledge of how the Client Delivery Team is structured to support contract resources at clients.
• Facilitate onboarding to new hires and provide in-person orientation on benefits and policies.
• Coordinate with HR for benefits questions and equipment issuance.
• Manage time cards, expenses, PTO, and payroll follow-ups with consultants and finance.
• Maintain client and consultant databases and update ATS with meaningful communications.
• Manage vendor profiles and create/update SOP documentation.
