WorkMotion is a remote-first company hiring globally to help teams recruit, onboard, and manage international talent. We seek a Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives on building genuine connections and scaling remote teams while leveraging data to improve hiring velocity.

You’ll own end-to-end recruitment across EMEA for technical and business roles, collaborate with Hiring Managers and People Operations, and focus on candidate-centric, measurable processes in a fully distributed team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist covering both Technical and Business roles within EMEA.
• Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time-management skills with a high sense of urgency to balance multiple requisitions.
• Solid practical understanding of Workable ATS and seamless collaboration across Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Proficiency in AI-powered recruitment tools to optimize productivity and candidate outreach.
• High stakeholder management and influence competencies, coaching hiring managers toward swift decisions.
• Top-tier communication skills—written and spoken English for remote teams.
• Meticulous attention to detail in candidate communication and onboarding documentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruiting: end-to-end recruitment across EMEA for technical (Engineering, Product) and business roles (Sales, Ops, Marketing).
• Bridge Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Operations: design and execute frictionless pre-boarding and onboarding.
• Source passive superstars with creative sourcing, AI search tools, and direct outreach.
• Elevate Candidate Experience with fast, transparent interview processes.
• Partner with Leadership to advise on salary benchmarks, market trends, and talent pipelines.
• Optimize Talent Acquisition Operations using data to shorten time-to-hire.
• Champion Diversity & Inclusion with fair evaluation across the funnel.
