Ubique Group is actively seeking a Manager, Talent to shape how we attract, develop, and mobilize our talent across the organization. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, delivering scalable programs, workforce insights, and technology-enabled practices.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting across corporate, distribution, and leadership roles, build proactive pipelines, and strengthen our employer brand while optimizing workflows and stakeholder partnerships.

Qualificações

• Progressive experience in talent acquisition or workforce planning.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing capabilities.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, talent CRMs, and recruiting analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across corporate, distribution, and leadership roles.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines using CRM technology.
• Strengthen employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Optimize recruiting workflows, reporting, and candidate experience.
• Support workforce planning, skills taxonomy, and skills-gap analysis.
• Lead Ubique Group’s employee referral and internship programs.
• Progressive experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or workforce planning.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing capabilities.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, talent CRMs, and recruiting analytics.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills.
