This role requires 5–8 years in staffing or recruiting, strong negotiation and relationship skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Office-based position with collaborative coaching and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years professional experience in staffing, corporate recruiting or professional sales environment.
• Ability to develop customer relationship management, consultative and negotiation skills.
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with tact and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through networking, referrals, job boards, social media and events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to understand client hiring objectives and requirements.
• Submit candidates with information needed to facilitate decisions, including salary recommendations.
• Coordinate interview and follow-up activities and guide candidates through the process.
