Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking a Talent Management Systems Specialist to support Recruiting, Performance Management, and Training/Development systems (Applicant Tracking System, Learning Management System, Alchemy).

You will work with the Talent Management Manager to optimize programs, gather business requirements, and resolve system issues. The ideal candidate will have SAP SuccessFactors TM experience and a Bachelor's in HR or related field, with strong data handling and training documentation

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management system.
• Ability to determine business requirements for system changes.
• Strong analytical and data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Talent Management Manager to improve programs via system changes.
• Define business requirements for updates to systems and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning.
• Assist with system testing and validation of new functionality.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders and document changes.
• Document training requirements for process changes.
• Escalate vendor or system issues for resolution.
• Analyze trend reports and data for accuracy and actions.
• Run Talent Management reports and verify data integrity.
• Provide process support for Performance Management, Recruiting, Alchemy, and Learning Management.
• Adhere to company policies (EEO, Harassment, Safety, SOX).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Bringing Home the Dough

The Talent Management Systems Specialist is responsible for providing system and process support for Talent Management Systems including Recruiting, Performance Management and Training/Development (Applicant Tracking System, Learning Management System, Alchemy).

Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities

• Work with Talent Management Manager to increase effectiveness of programs through system and process improvements
• Determine business requirements for changes to system or process
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues
• Assist with required system testing, quarterly testing and testing of new system functionality
• Communicate system updates and changes to the Talent Management Manager
• Document training requirements on changes to processes and systems
• Facilitate the escalation of key vendor or system issues to the Business Relationship Manager/IT for resolution
• Analyze trend reports, issues management and data collection reporting
• Run and monitor talent management system reports and review for accuracy
• Provide process support in the following areas:
  • Performance Management
  • Recruiting
  • Alchemy
  • Learning Management System
• Practice and comply with all Company policies & procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes — Oxley, etc.)
• Perform other duties deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies and other applicable operating rules, policies, and procedures
