The HR Business Partner I - Corporate seeks to build a strong advisory relationship with corporate leaders and acts as the main HR strategic advisor to deploy HR strategies and solutions within functional responsibility. Management of the human resource function including human resource policies and procedures, compensation, training and development, employee relations, as well as some aspects of payroll.
This role functions as both a company and employee advocate as well as lead change champion for areas of functional responsibility. Position helps to forecast the needs of the business from an HR perspective, manage talent retention and exits, and partners with Talent Management to deliver learning and development opportunities and to assist with succession planning and retention efforts.
Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect affect on product safety, legality and/or quality.
Salary Range- 125,000
Sign on bonus - $8 million after 30 days!!
