Job summary

American Airlines in Fort Worth, TX seeks an Analyst for Planning and Business Partner Performance. You will support airport leaders with business partner performance, vendor transitions, and contract scope development to drive value.

Key responsibilities include monitoring performance, reconciling invoices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience or relevant training.
• Familiarity with airport operations.
• Experience with supplier or vendor relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop scorecards, manage business partner performance, and oversee corrective action plans.
• Oversee vendor transitions and support successful implementation.
• Participate in scope development used to support contract negotiations.
• Proactively monitor and evaluate business partner performance.
• Analyze the performance of existing business partners and develop creative solutions that drive continuous improvement for American Airlines.
• Manage business partner invoice reconciliation, validation, and dispute resolution.
• Partner with airport leaders and cross-functional teams to identify performance opportunities and support operational initiatives.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners.
