Reporting to the Director of Talent Management, you will own end-to-end delivery from design through daily administration, leading onboarding, performance, succession, and culture initiatives with hands-on collaboration

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to corporate talent programs (performance management, succession planning, or engagement).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Experience in retail or consumer-facing industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate recognition programs.
• Design and evolve onboarding roadmap to welcome new hires and align them with culture and operations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
