Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Talent Management to design, execute and manage core talent tools and processes across the associate lifecycle.

You will translate organizational objectives into scalable programs, toolkits, and daily operations while owning end-to-end delivery from design to daily administration. You will lead onboarding enhancements, performance management cycles, and succession planning, partnering with HRBPs and business leaders to drive culture,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, BA or related field required.
• 5+ years HR experience with at least 3 years in corporate talent programs (performance management, succession, or engagement).
• Strong data fluency and ability to translate talent data into actionable reports.
• Experience with HRIS and talent management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end lifecycle of corporate talent programs—from onboarding to engagement—partnering with Corporate Communications for visibility.
• Design, manage, and evolve onboarding roadmap to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared to contribute.
• Oversee performance management cycle: goal setting, check-ins, reviews, snd ensure process adherence.
• Develop manager toolkits and resources to drive accountability and continuous feedback.
• Administer succession planning framework and talent reviews across corporate and field divisions.
• Lead culture/engagement surveys and translate results into retention strategies.
• Manage workload calendar and measure program impact; translate data into scalable toolkits.
