Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Pittsburgh seeks a Manager of Talent Management to design, execute and manage core talent tools and processes across the associate lifecycle. This hands-on role translates objectives into scalable programs, toolkits, and daily operations to enable associate growth.

The Manager will own end-to-end delivery and maintenance of initiatives, reporting to the Director of Talent Management, with responsibility from design through daily administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years managing corporate talent programs.
• Retail, consumer-facing, or high-volume environments experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end lifecycle of corporate recognition programs.
• Design onboarding roadmap to ensure new hires are welcomed, aligned and equipped to contribute from day one.
• Oversee performance management cycle for corporate groups including goal setting and reviews.
• Create manager toolkits and resources to drive accountability and feedback.
• Standardize Individual Development Plans to support career growth.
