This is a senior strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the HRBP team, and driving the talent management function across the global organization. This role will serve as a trusted advisor and visible strategic partner to the executive leadership team.

Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing HRBP team across North America and Europe
- Establish and oversee the global talent management function, including talent development, leadership development, learning and development, performance management, and succession planning
- Design and execute a comprehensive talent development strategy that builds critical capabilities and closes skills gaps across the organization
- Lead leadership development programs that cultivate the next generation of organizational leaders and build executive bench strength
- Conduct enterprise-wide talent review to identify high- potentials
- Influence and drive business outcomes through evidence-based HR strategy, data analytics, change management, and organizational development initiatives
- Manage team budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize talent management impact
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership with strong Talent Management/OD depth
- Proven experience leading and developing HRBP teams across multiple geographies
- Deep expertise in succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development
- Strategic, business-minded HR leader who can influence at the executive level
- Thrives in complex, fast-paced, high-growth, evolving organizations; M&A experience a strong plus
