Job summary

Rotork is seeking a Talent Management Lead to shape and execute our workforce strategy across regions. You will partner with business leaders to implement innovative talent solutions, focusing on strategic workforce planning beyond traditional recruiting.

You will build early career pipelines, oversee vendor partnerships, and lead talent initiatives to strengthen organizational capability for a sustainable, future-ready workforce. This role is described as hybrid-based in the US market.

Qualifications

Significant experience in Talent Management, HR and Workforce Planning.
Experience managing strategic and operational recruitment.
Experience managing or partnering with vendors.
Exposure to early careers or talent development.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and execute short- and long-term workforce plans aligned to business strategy and growth objectives.
Analyze talent data, market trends, and internal capability gaps to provide insight-driven hiring strategies.
Build proactive talent pipelines for critical roles and emerging skill areas.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for critical and/or complex roles with inclusive candidate experience.
Lead regional TA model implementation and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and improvement plans.
Leverage analytics to track hiring metrics and drive continuous improvement.
