Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and execute short- and long-term workforce plans aligned to business strategy and growth objectives.
  • Analyze talent data, market trends, and internal capability gaps to provide insight-driven hiring strategies.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for critical roles and emerging skill areas.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for critical and/or complex roles, ensuring a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience.
  • Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion principles across hiring processes.

The Talent Management Lead plays a critical role in shaping and executing the organization's workforce strategy. Partnering closely with business leaders, this position develops and implements innovative talent solutions that align with current and future business needs. Beyond traditional recruiting, the role focuses on strategic workforce planning, building and managing early career talent pipelines, overseeing external talent partnerships, and leading talent initiatives that strengthen organizational capability and ensure a sustainable, future-ready workforce.

Strategic Workforce Planning
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and execute short- and long-term workforce plans aligned to business strategy and growth objectives
  • Analyze talent data, market trends, and internal capability gaps to provide insight-driven hiring strategies
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for critical roles and emerging skill areas
  • Support organizational design and future-of-work initiatives
Talent Acquisition Delivery (Strategic & Operational)
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for critical and/or complex roles, ensuring a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and support candidate experience and hiring efficiency improvements
  • Drive innovative sourcing strategies leveraging market intelligence and digital tools
  • Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion principles across hiring processes
Early Careers, Talent Pipeline Development and Talent Programs & Projects
  • Partner with local teams and the Early Careers Lead to design and manage regionally early career programs
  • Build relationships with universities and external communities
  • Create structured development pathways for early talent
  • Partner internally to ensure meaningful development experiences
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional talent initiatives whilst driving adoption of tools and processes
Partner Management
  • Lead and embed the regional implementation of our TA model
  • Ensure delivery against regional SLAs, KPIs, and improvement plans
  • Act as key regional contact for Agencies & provide governance
Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement
  • Leverage analytics to track hiring metrics and provide insights and recommendations
Qualifications
