Job summary

Rotork is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive strategic workforce planning and deliver end-to-end recruitment for critical roles. You will partner with business leaders to design forward-thinking talent solutions, build pipelines for emerging skills, and govern vendor relationships across regional teams.

The role emphasizes DEI across hiring, early career programs, and continuous improvement through data insights and partnerships with universities and external communities.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, and Workforce Planning.
  • Experience in strategic and operational recruitment.
  • Experience managing or partnering with vendors.
  • Exposure to early careers or talent development.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and execute short- and long-term workforce plans aligned to business strategy.
  • Analyze talent data, market trends, and internal capability gaps to inform hiring strategies.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for critical roles and emerging skill areas.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for critical and/or complex roles with an inclusive candidate experience.
  • Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion principles across hiring processes.
  • Design and manage regionally early career programs in collaboration with local teams.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional talent initiatives and adoption of TA tools.
  • Lead regional implementation of the TA model and monitor SLAs/KPIs.

Job description

The Talent Acquisition Lead plays a key role in driving the workforce strategy, partnering with business leaders to design and execute forward-thinking talent solutions. This role goes beyond traditional recruitment, integrating strategic workforce planning, early career pipelines, external partner governance, and talent initiatives to ensure the organization builds sustainable, future-ready capabilities.

Strategic Workforce Planning

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and execute short- and long-term workforce plans aligned to business strategy and growth objectives
  • Analyze talent data, market trends, and internal capability gaps to provide insight-driven hiring strategies
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for critical roles and emerging skill areas
  • Support organizational design and future-of-work initiatives

Talent Acquisition Delivery (Strategic & Operational)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for critical and/or complex roles, ensuring a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience

Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and support candidate experience and hiring efficiency improvements

  • Drive innovative sourcing strategies leveraging market intelligence and digital tools
  • Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion principles across hiring processes

Early Careers, Talent Pipeline Development and Talent Programs & Projects

  • Partner with local teams and the Early Careers Lead to design and manage regionally early career programs
  • Build relationships with universities and external communities
  • Create structured development pathways for early talent
  • Partner internally to ensure meaningful development experiences
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional talent initiatives whilst driving adoption of tools and processes

Partner Management

  • Lead and embed the regional implementation of our TA model
  • Ensure delivery against regional SLAs, KPIs, and improvement plans
  • Act as key regional contact for Agencies & provide governance

Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Leverage analytics to track hiring metrics and provide insights and recommendations
Qualifications
  • Significant experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, and Workforce Planning
  • Experience in strategic and operational recruitment
  • Experience managing or partnering with vendors
  • Exposure to early careers or talent development
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
