Job summary

MERGE is seeking a Director, Talent- Talent Management to lead core Talent Management programs and drive performance, reviews and employee initiatives across the agency. You will ensure accountability, monitor risks and provide continuity during coverage periods.

You will own payroll familiarity, develop program ownership, milestones and reporting while partnering with Talent leadership to operationalize new initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in an agency, tech company or fast-paced professional services.
• Hands-on experience executing and operationalizing performance management, talent reviews and employee programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional projects and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Talent Management programs including performance cycles, reviews and offboarding.
• Manage employee relations and risk, guiding managers and escalating high‑risk issues.
• Own the Talent roadmap, calendar and portfolio management across Talent functions.
