Job summary

MERGE is a marketing and technology agency dedicated to health and wellness. As Director, Talent- Talent Management, you will own the execution and continuous improvement of Talent programs, lead performance management, talent reviews, employee relations and payroll continuity, and drive the agency's talent roadmap with cross-functional impact.

You will manage payroll continuity, develop program documentation, report on progress, and partner with leadership to operationalize new initiatives

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive HR experience.
Hands-on experience executing and operationalizing performance management, talent reviews and employee programs.
Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and organizational roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end execution of performance management cycles, including planning, goal setting, talent reviews and communications.
Develop clear project plans with ownership, milestones, dependencies and risks.
Lead employee relations matters and coach managers through performance development plans.
Operate Talent roadmap and program management across Talent functions.
Mentor team members and ensure continuity during payroll coverage.
