Job summary

MERGE is a marketing and technology agency seeking a Director, Talent- Talent Management to own and improve Talent programs, performance cycles and employee relations. You will lead day-to-day talent operations, while ensuring continuity across payroll and onboarding processes.

The role emphasizes a hands-on operator who builds structure, defines owners and drives programs with visibility. You will partner with leadership to operationalize new initiatives and manage risk across the Talent

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Hands-on experience executing performance management, talent reviews and employee programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and organizational roadmaps.
• Strong employee relations judgment and knowledge of employment law.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of performance management cycles with planning, goals, reviews and follow-through.
• Develop clear project plans with ownership, timelines and risks.
• Ensure leaders and employees understand Talent processes and actions.
• Maintain Talent Management toolkits, workflows and documentation.
• Provide concise reporting on progress, risks and next steps.
• Own offboarding processes including exit interviews and reporting.
• Operationalize new or updated programs across the agency.
• Serve as resource on employee relations and performance matters.
• Guide managers through concerns, coaching and development plans.
• Maintain confidential employee relations records.
