Job summary

You will analyze experience data, support talent processes, develop recommendations, and contribute to the Rise@Hardie initiative. The role includes mentorship, meaningful projects, and cross-team networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in a relevant discipline with anticipated May 2029 graduation.
• GPA 3.0+ required.
• Available to work full-time for 12 weeks during summer 2027.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the employee and manager experience across goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end reviews.
• Analyze process metrics, completion rates, and feedback trends.
• Identify opportunities to simplify forms, communications, job aids, and workflows.
• Develop recommendations to improve adoption and manager effectiveness.
• Support talent review and succession planning activities through data preparation and reporting.
• Assist with talent scorecards, dashboard development, and talent metrics analysis.
