James Hardie offers a 12-week paid Manufacturing Operations Intern program designed to provide hands-on experience and real-world industry exposure. You will work on continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing downtime, improving quality and safety, and enhancing plant performance.

As part of the internship, you will collaborate with experienced professionals, gain mentorship, and contribute to meaningful projects that drive business results, while developing practical problem-solving

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in a relevant discipline at an accredited university.
• Anticipated graduation between December 2027 and May 2029.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Available to work full-time for 12 weeks during summer 2027.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
