Job summary

Accel at College Station in College Station, TX is seeking a Director of Talent and Learning to drive talent acquisition, onboarding, engagement, learning, and compliance across the facility.

The Director will partner with administrators and regional leadership to ensure staffing competence, development, and a culture that reflects our mission to take care of people, while coaching leaders and strengthening engagement and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Talent Development, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of experience in People Operations, Learning & Development, or Talent Management (healthcare experience preferred).
• Experience in coaching, developing engagement strategies, and workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and workforce systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
• Foster inclusive culture and employee engagement programs.
• Oversee learning and development initiatives and compliance modules.
• Audit personnel files, onboarding checklists, and turnover data.
• Provide reporting on recruitment, turnover, and retention metrics.
