You will lead a team, coach hourly associates, and drive daily work plans to meet store goals. Strong communication, leadership, and a guest-first mindset are essential in this fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Age 18 or older.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Lead and hold others accountable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead department daily/weekly workload to support priorities and sales goals.
• Coach and develop hourly team members and manage on-the-job training.
• Ensure guest experience commitments and accurate price, signage, stock.
