Job summary

White Circle is seeking a hands-on Talent Lead to own our hiring function. You will personally drive hiring across the company, build scalable recruiting processes, track performance, and collaborate with the Head of People and hiring managers across GTM, Ops, Research, Product, and Engineering.

You will lead international hiring in the US, EU, UK, and beyond, build strong sourcing channels, and develop a compelling candidate experience while shaping long-term talent strategy.

Qualifications

• Several years leading hiring at a startup, ideally in a high-growth environment.
• Experience sourcing and hiring across GTM, Ops, Research, Product and Engineering.
• Own the full recruiting process end-to-end, from sourcing to closing.
• Experience with international hiring across the US, EU, UK.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track recruiting metrics.
• Strong sourcer who finds candidates beyond job postings.
• Clear communicator with candidates and hiring managers.
• Able to operate independently while processes are still being built.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring across the company, including sourcing, screening, interviews and closing.
• Personally source and hire candidates across functions as a hands-on recruiter.
• Build interview loops, scorecards, pipelines and candidate tracking from scratch.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and priorities.
• Lead international hiring across the US, EU, UK and other markets.
• Develop hiring metrics, reporting and pipeline analytics.
• Use data to identify bottlenecks and improve the recruiting process.
• Represent White Circle and maintain a strong candidate experience.
