Job summary

Voltai is hiring a recruiter to operationalize building a world class team in a fast-paced startup environment. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing offers and onboarding.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals, ensure a great candidate experience, and partner with hiring managers to design targeted recruitment strategies. Visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• A flexible, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and new tasks.
• Ability to influence hiring processes and decisions using data.
