Job summary

Voltai is seeking a data labeling and program leadership role to oversee large-scale human data projects across circuits, firmware, and system design. You will partner with ML, product, and engineering teams to define labeling roadmaps and build scalable workflows for human-in-the-loop data generation and QA.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in a fast-paced startup or tech environment, strong data integrity focus, and hands-on experience with SQL and Python.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in project management, operations, or strategy at a high-growth startup, consulting firm, or technical company.
• Track record of running complex, cross-functional initiatives involving external vendors or expert communities.
• Strong understanding of what makes high-integrity data, ideally with exposure to machine learning workflows or data curation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills—you can run projects, manage people, and keep a high bar for execution.
• Willingness to travel internationally and operate in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Experience with SQL, spreadsheets, and project management tools; familiarity with Python is a plus.
• Low ego—team-oriented environment with highly capable colleagues.
• Technical background (or fluency) in engineering, hardware, or applied sciences is a bonus.

• Implement QA systems and review loops to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Track the impact of data on model performance and continuously refine processes based on feedback and evaluation results.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of internal labeling tools and infrastructure.
