Job summary

WWE is seeking a Talent ID Operations Coordinator to support the recruitment and development of WWE Superstars. The role focuses on logistics for talent tryouts, maintaining athlete databases, and handling recruiting materials with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

The candidate should have 1-3 years of athlete recruiting experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to travel frequently, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in athlete recruiting / development at collegiate or professional level.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential for this role.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to travel frequently and work evenings/weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support all operations and logistics around talent tryouts and developmental activities.
• Manage robust athlete databases to support recruitment and development of talent.
• Support high volume of correspondence and materials preparation related to recruiting activities.
• Coordinate details around activations and relations for WWE/NXT Superstars.
