World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (WWE) is seeking a Talent ID Operations Coordinator to support the recruitment and development of WWE Superstars.

You will help manage logistics around talent tryouts and developmental activities and maintain athlete databases to streamline recruitment and development efforts. Attention to detail and strong time management are essential, along with interpersonal skills to engage with athletes and staff.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ambitious, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with strong time management.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Knowledge of college and professional athletics/sports entertainment helps.
• 1–3 years’ experience in athlete recruiting/development at collegiate or professional level.
