This role blends operational priorities, creative project management, and revenue strategy, requiring a proactive problem-solver who can manage day-to-day functions, lead cross-functional creative initiatives, and drive high-impact projects that enhance profitability, operational efficiency, brand execution, and fan experience. The coordinator serves as a key liaison between stakeholders, ensuring creative concepts are effectively planned, executed, and aligned with organizational goals while maintaining seamless event operations.Responsibilities:Own the project lifecycle for creative and promotional initiatives tied to live events — building timelines, managing deliverables, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned through the event life cycleTrack open action items, decisions, and approvals across multiple simultaneous projectsServe as the primary intake and traffic manager for promotional asset requests originating from the Live Events team — briefing projects clearly, setting realistic timelines, and managing the feedback and revision processFacilitate reviews and approval workflows, keeping stakeholders engaged and decisions moving without bottlenecksSupport the planning and execution of live event promotional campaigns across local markets, working to ensure consistent messaging and timely asset deliveryAssist in the development of promotional toolkits and market-facing materials that local promoters and venue partners can execute againstSupport the development and maintenance of dashboards tracking KPIs across the Live Events portfolioExperience in business operations, project management, sports/entertainment administration, or a related fieldStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across simultaneous eventsExcellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interface confidently with internal stakeholders and external partnersGenuine passion for live entertainment, sports, or mediaStrong creative sensibility — understand brand, fan experience, and storytelling, and you can contribute meaningfully to those conversations, not just manage around themExperience in a creative traffic or project management capacity, with comfort briefing creative teams and managing revision cyclesProficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or similar); PMP or equivalent a plusQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Entertainment, Business, or related fieldExperience working within or alongside a creative department in a fast-paced entertainment environmentFamiliarity with WWE programming, live event structure, or professional sports operationsWWE EEO Statement:WWE is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding non-discrimination in employment.
