United States Soccer Federation is seeking a Coordinator, Talent Identification Operations to provide administrative support across Talent ID leadership, managers, scouts, and reporters. You will help organize processes, manage data, and coordinate events to strengthen youth national team development.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to travel up to 15% while working flexible hours to meet deadlines and support nationwide scouting efforts.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Strong knowledge of soccer landscape in the U.S.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel up to 15% and work non-traditional hours.

Mansioni

• Provide administrative support to the Talent ID Leadership, Remote Talent ID Managers, YNT Talent Scouts, and Talent Reporters to efficiently organize and execute all processes and special projects.
• Coordinate Talent ID procedures to support YNT Scouting and other strategic components.
• Initiate, research, analyze, and interpret data to provide Talent ID insights.
• Support YNT Talent Scouts (onboarding, travel, reimbursements, equipment, resources, payroll, compliance).
• Update digital platforms and the Player Monitoring System (P3) with player and club data.
