UNITED STATES SOCCER FEDERATION 1 in Atlanta seeks a Coordinator, Talent Identification Operations to support Talent ID leadership, remote managers, and scouts. You will efficiently organize processes and projects and help drive data-driven decisions across platforms.

The role requires strong Excel skills, knowledge of U.S. soccer, and the ability to work flexible hours. Expect up to 15% travel as needed in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong knowledge of soccer landscape in the U.S.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Able and willing to travel up to 15%.

• Plan and execute Talent ID Centers and related events.
• Support Talent ID Scouts with onboarding, travel, and reimbursements.
• Update digital platforms and Player Monitoring System (P3).
• Respond to external scouting inquiries and filter appropriately.
• Distribute scouting, YNT, and market analysis data to stakeholders.
• Assist in planning U14 Regional/National Talent ID Camps.
• Coordinate attendance at league events and staff coordination.
• Provide operational support to Talent ID teams.
