Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years applied experience in Talent Identification.
• Experience leading talent ID programs across youth and national levels.
• Strong collaboration across coaching, analytics and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Talent ID national and regional scouting pathways for women’s youth teams.
• Lead Talent ID Managers, set program strategy, and drive attribution through data and analytics.
• Coordinate with coaches, youth national teams, and operations to align pipelines.
• Ensure quality and compliance in player selection and progression.
• Represent U.S. Soccer in partnerships and events, and travel as required.
